There is no way that you will be able to enjoy outstanding success, or any success at all, if you are prone to falling to ill health. Many of the things which cause our health to decline are subject to mastery and control. For the most part, these include:
- Overeating of foods which aren’t conducive to health.
- Wrong habits of thought; giving expression to negatives.
- Wrong use of, and over indulgence in sex.
- Lack of proper physical exercise.
- An inadequate supply of fresh air, due to improper breathing.
