As I mentioned in an earlier post, I will be creating a workout plan for myself and post it here. I’ll also be dropping afew tips and tricks that I find online and in mags. Anyways, back to the meat of the matter
Even if you have the strongest resolve sometimes we falter and at times we lose sight of our goals and why we’re out to get them in the first place. Whenever you next consider that 12th cookie or think about skipping the gym (the third time this week) read these motivators, I will be posting one a day for the next 20 days. They should give you just the motivation you need to keep going.
Here is reason number 20
In our society, people respect weight loss. Even if you do nothing cool or interesting or memorable for the rest of your life, you’ll have done that.
Has truer words ever been spoken? You know you respect someone who loses weight and that beautiful young lady across the way does too…so keep GOING!
